Situated in the northern tip of south Male' Atoll, Laguna Beach resort is located on the island locally known as Velassaru. Awide stretch of beach with fine white coral sand provides as uninterrupted view of the beautiful lagoon that encompasses the island. From the sea, the island looks like a grove of coconut palms floating in the dreamy blue water of its private lagoon. The blue and gold of the horizon, the shades of green touching the lagoon, lend spectacular colour to this tropical hideaway. A resort of both elegance and relaxed atmosphere - it is large enough to find quiet seclusion and small enough to share with loved ones.

Laguna is blessed with a range of luxury accommodation designed to suit the demands of guests of good taste. All the rooms are deluxe category or better with fantastic views of the beach and tropical gardens. Deluxe Rooms are situated in two storey blocks featuring four identical rooms. Simple in design and tastefully laid out and decorated with ample space and ensuite bathroom with shower. Deluxe Bungalows are cottage like in design with entrance from a veranda. The four poster bed is situated on a raised level behind the seating area. The spacious bathroom leads through to a private outdoor shower set in a small tropical garden. Water Suite has modern in interior design whilst maintaining a natural feel with thatched roofs. The rooms have an open plan design using contemporary material and are extremely spacious with a lower level seating area with sofa. The luxurious bathroom features a large picture window overlooking the crystal clear turquoise lagoon. The sundeck has a stunning ocean view and ensures maximum privacy.

Laguna offers you the opportunity to dine in a variety of settings with dishes especially prepared to suit all tastes and occasions. The Summerfields is the main restaurant that offers informal dining for board basis guests. All meals are either a buffet style or table d' hote combing Continental and Asian flavours. Café Laguna offering delicious light international dishes throughout the day, Dragon Inn the Chinese restaurant, Four Seasons – Gourmet a la carte food in our traditional Italian taverna, and Palm Grill – The barbeque grill located on the waters edge offering a romantic setting and fine food are all there for your pleasure.

Whether you are searching for a holiday with lazy days relaxing in the sun or a more active stay in paradise, Laguna Maldives offers a variety of activities and facilities for you. The fully air conditioned gymnasium, table tennis and floodlit tennis court are located in the centre of the island next to the spa.
