Kuramthi Cottages & Spa

Kuramathi Cottages & Spa is one of three exclusive resorts on the island of Kuramathi in North Ari Atoll, a string of islands of some 70 kilometres from the Male' International Airport which is equivalent to 90 minutes speedboat ride or 15 minutes seaplane travel. This resort is located in the middle of Kuramthi island and is a health-riented holiday destination. On arrival at the reception of Kuramthi Cottages & Spa, you will be taken by minibus to a heavily vegetated and seclude resort, scented by the aroma of frangipani, hibiscus and other flora and fauna indigeneous to the Maldives archipelago.

The Cottages & Spa has 50 water bungalows erected on stilts and standing in the middle of crystal clear lagoon. The 33 standard beach rooms is situated just a few steps from the beach, in full view of the azure lagoon. All the water bungalows and standard beach rooms are equipped with modern amenities.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the main restaurant, Malaafaiy. The island Barbecue grill is a divine outdoor dining experience on a white sandy beach with a view of the ocean. The La Lagoona Grill restaurant, Palm Court restaurant, the Thai restaurant Siam Garden and the indian restaurant the Tandoor Mahal offer a wide variety of choices for your pleasure.

The Cottages & Spa comes with a well-eqipped Spa with professionally trained therapists, offering an extensive range of relaxation treatments. Separated into open-air sections for women and men, the spa offers the services of a sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, Jauzzi and shower. Professional massages, ranging from full body massages to back, foot and head massages, ensures you total relaxation and complete freedom from stress. If you are looking for a romantic relaxing time with your loved one, Spa offers the Adam and Eve in Heaven treatment, consisting of a double massage followed by champaigne served in herbal bath scented with frandipani.
